Geomark Exploration Ltd. is a junior company that explores for precious and base metals. 

• Following the sale of its 5 million ounce gold deposit to Agnico-Eagle in July 2010 (as Comaplex Minerals Corp.), the Company's business strategy is to acquire early stage mineral exploration properties and develop them into economic situations (mines);  
• Mining assets located in Ontario, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Also actively searching for new exploration prospects through both grassroots staking and prospecting programs and through negotiated transaction with other mining companies; 
• Proven management and technical teams with a strong history of success; 
• The Company is presently cash flow positive with approximately $48.0 million including the value of liquid investments of $9.2 million in working capital (at September 30, 2011);  
• Geomark's common shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol GME.
